IHS4105 Psychology and Performance Management (1/2025)
The course provides applications of the psychological principles on various stakeholders in an organizational environment. Specific emphasis will be given on topics about interpersonal skills and group dynamics; processes of social influence; employee motivation; employee selection and performance evaluation; employee satisfaction and commitment; employee training; legal issues; group behavior, teams, and conflict; mental and health issues; and organizational communication and stress management.
