ห้องเรียนนี้จัดทำขึ้นภายใต้การพัฒนาคณาจารย์ตามแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพคณาจารย์วิทยาลัยดุสิตธานี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมและพัฒนาคณาจารย์ให้มีความพร้อมทั้งด้านความรู้ ทักษะ และแนวคิดที่สอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของการศึกษาและอุตสาหกรรม ซึ่งการพัฒนาคณาจารย์ดังกล่าวประกอบไปด้วย 3 ด้านสำคัญ ได้แก่ ความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการสอน (Expertise in Teaching), ความต้องการของนักศึกษายุคใหม่ (New Students Generation)  และความต้องการใหม่ของอุตสาหกรรม (Industry New Demand) ซึ่งในความรู้ด้านความต้องการใหม่ของอุตสาหกรรม (Industry New Demand) นี้ คณาจารย์และบุคลากรที่สนใจสามารถเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเองได้ด้วยตนเอง ผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม learn.dusit.com ในห้องเรียนออนไลน์นี้

This online classroom has been developed as part of the Faculty Development initiative of Dusit Thani College, following the guidelines for enhancing faculty potential. Its objective is to support and strengthen faculty members’ capabilities in terms of knowledge, skills, and professional mindset in alignment with changes in education and industry. The faculty development framework consists of three key areas: Teaching and Academic Expertise, New Students Generation, and Industry New Demand.
